Shopify Virtual Assistant – Build, Launch & Manage Health/Beauty Brand Store

We are launching a new inclusive Health/Beauty brand that solves real problems and insecurities for men and women above 35 years. We're looking for a highly skilled, AI knowledgeable and reliable Shopify Virtual Assistant to not only build our Shopify store from scratch but also manage day-to-day operations after launch. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow with the brand.

Responsibilities:
- Build a visually appealing, mobile-friendly Shopify store using our branding assets
- Customize Shopify theme, set up product pages, collections, menus, and apps
- Add and update product listings with descriptions, photos, and variants
- Install and manage essential apps (email marketing, reviews, upsells, etc.)
- Manage orders, update inventory, and handle basic customer support
- Coordinate with suppliers on order status or shipping issues
- Support TikTok Shop integration and manage product syncing
- Support Google Merchant Account integration
- Run monthly reports on store performance, customer feedback, and analytics
- Help with basic graphic design (Canva or similar) for promos and banners
- Communicate updates and tasks clearly and regularly
- Execute the above using AI tools to speed up the work

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience working with Shopify stores (design + management)
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop and how it connects to Shopify
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and trustworthy
- Bonus if you have experience in the Health/Beauty niche
