I create AI-powered Instagram DM appointment-setting systems for coaches by combining Flowise, GoHighLevel and Make.com, and I want to push the product further, faster. The next sprint is all about tightening system automation, with appointment scheduling as the first win we need to score.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Map, build and deploy new appointment-scheduling flows in Flowise that trigger the right GoHighLevel pipeline stages, tags and webhooks.
• Orchestrate data hand-offs in Make.com so every booking, reschedule or cancellation is synced in real time no double-bookings, no data drift.
• Stress-test edge cases, add error handling and surface clear logs so I can see issues before clients do.
• Document the architecture and record loom walkthroughs so future iterations are painless.
You’ll be jumping in ASAP, working part-time but consistently. If you’ve already wrangled Flowise nodes, GHL triggers and Make.com scenarios, let’s talk so we can start shipping improvements right away.
