Senior Full-Stack Developers Needed for Private B2B Platform (AI-Powered)

We are seeking experienced full-stack developers (or a small senior team) to help build a private, members-only B2B platform designed for verified companies to connect, collaborate, and transact securely.

This is not a social network and not a public marketplace.
The platform is company-only, highly structured, and driven by AI-based matching between business opportunities and verified companies.

We already have:

A detailed product vision

A full PRD and technical architecture

Clear workflows and data models

Defined MVP scope

We are now looking for execution-focused developers who can build this properly from the ground up.

Scope of Work (High-Level)

The selected developer(s) will work on:

A closed, authenticated web platform

Company registration and verification workflows

Role-based access control

Secure document uploads

Internal company directory and search

Opportunity posting (offers, requirements, RFQs)

Private company-to-company messaging

Industry-specific discussion areas

Background AI services for intelligent matching and notifications

Scalable backend architecture and clean APIs

Technical Requirements

Applicants must have strong experience in:

Backend

Node.js (NestJS preferred) or Django / FastAPI

PostgreSQL

RESTful API design

Authentication & authorization (JWT / sessions)

Background jobs & queues (Redis, BullMQ, Celery, etc.)

Frontend

React (Next.js preferred)

TypeScript

Modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, or similar)

AI / Data (Required)

Practical experience with:

Semantic search / embeddings

AI-assisted matching or recommendations

Working with LLM APIs

Vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, etc.)

Infrastructure

Docker

Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Secure file storage (e.g. S3)

CI/CD basics
