Senior Full-Stack Developer for B2B Construction Platform

We are building a production-ready B2B digital platform for large-scale construction and engineering projects, focused on document management, quality, field inspections, and AI-driven process automation. The product is designed for real operational environments with high data complexity, full traceability, and offline-first usage on site.
Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Tech Lead to own the technical design and development of the platform core. This is a senior technical leadership role with strong architectural ownership and end-to-end responsibility for software quality.
The engagement requires full-time exclusive dedication (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) for the duration of the project. You will have autonomy to define solutions, working closely with product, and supported by QA and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the full-stack architecture (web and mobile).
- Build features with complex business logic and advanced data relationships.
- Define versioning, traceability, and offline–online synchronization patterns.
- Integrate AI capabilities (OCR, LLMs, automation, conversational queries).
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Establish development, testing, and documentation best practices.
- Technically coordinate with QA, design, and product.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience designing scalable, complex full-stack architectures.
- Strong knowledge of modern stacks (e.g., React + TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL or similar).
- Experience with API design, authentication, role-based access, and complex state management.
- Practical AI integration experience (OCR, LLM APIs, intelligent automation, chatbots).
- Experience with offline-first applications and data synchronization.
- Strong technical decision-making and leadership skills.
- Product-minded, quality-focused, and problem-solving oriented.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to have)
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Software architecture or DevOps certifications.
- AI / Machine Learning applied training or certifications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial, construction, or operational platforms.
- DevOps, CI/CD, and observability knowledge.
- Ability to clearly document technical decisions.
- Autonomous, strong judgment, and direct communication.
