You'll work directly with founders building customer solutions from scratch.
CRITICAL: What This Role Really Is
You will be the technical expert. We are NOT technical on Software Development.
We understand business problems and customer needs. You translate that into working software. You make ALL technical decisions - stack, architecture, deployment, tools, everything.
This means:
• ✅ You choose how to build (we trust your expertise)
• ✅ You own deployment and infrastructure setup A-Z
• ✅ You guide us if additional specialists needed
• ✅ You work independently - minimal hand-holding
• ✅ You explain technical decisions in simple terms
• ❌ We will NOT tell you exactly how to code
• ❌ We will NOT understand everything you do (at first)
• ❌ We will NOT provide detailed technical specs
Not a fit if you:
• Need detailed requirements documents
• Require senior developer oversight
• Can't make technical decisions independently
• Need someone to review your code
• Expect us to know what "Docker" or "API endpoint" means
Perfect fit if you:
• Comfortable translating "I need customers to upload invoices and see results" into working software
• Can build, deploy, and maintain entire applications solo
• Make smart technical choices and explain why

What You'll Build
Customer-facing web applications with AI integration:
• Document processing portals (upload → AI extraction → results)
• Custom dashboards with real-time data
• Workflow automation and API integrations
• User authentication and access control
You own: Architecture, tech stack, deployment, infrastructure, everything technical
We own: Customer relationships, business requirements, design direction
Tech Stack
Use what you know best:
• Frontend: React, Vue, Angular - your choice
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Ruby - your choice
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL - your choice
• Hosting: AWS, Azure, Railway, Render - you decide and set up
Requirements:
• Must integrate with AI APIs (Claude, GPT, Ollama, or similar)
• Must handle file uploads and processing
• Must deploy securely with proper authentication
• Must be maintainable long-term
If you use different stack than listed above - that's fine. Results matter, not specific tools.
Requirements
Must Have:
• 5+ years building production web applications independently
• Built complete apps from scratch (frontend + backend + database + deployment)
• Set up hosting and deployment pipelines yourself
• Integrated third-party APIs (REST, webhooks)
• Fluent English - daily video calls explaining technical decisions
• Portfolio showing real applications you built solo
• Available to start THIS WEEK
Bonus:
• AI API experience (document processing, LLMs)
• Experience translating vague requirements into working software
• Comfortable working without technical management
• Built customer-facing SaaS products
Automatic Rejection:
• Poor English communication
• Need technical supervision or code review
• No solo project experience
• Can't start within 7 days
• No portfolio
Compensation
Salary: $2,000 USD/month ($24K/year)
Hours: 40/week, flexible schedule
Overlap: Available for calls during US Central business hours (9am-5pm)
Payment: Bi-weekly
Start: This week (need immediate start)
