Senior AI / Full-Stack Automation Engineer -- 2

We’re fast-growing London expert-network platform that books 200–300 high-value advisory calls a month for hedge funds, private equity, and big strategy houses.
We’re now going full-auto on the entire lifecycle and we need one seriously good senior engineer to come in and own it.
You’ll build the engine that runs the whole show:
Clients email or WhatsApp a brief → system works out if it’s a new project or an update
Instantly digs through our existing expert pool, fires off smart chases across email → WhatsApp → AI voice call → LinkedIn (same account always hits the same expert)
Books the calls, sends calendar invites, sorts payments, writes the summary, and keeps the client warm for the next round
It’s a big, clever, multi-channel beast with proper timezone rules, quiet hours, opt-outs, and a ton of smart follow-up logic – exactly the kind of thing that makes engineers grin.
We need someone who’s already shipped something very similar and can just get stuck in. You’ll have built big n8n (or Make) workflows that actually work in anger, wrestled with WhatsApp Business API, LinkedIn outreach tools, AI voice callers, and turned messy replies into clean data. You’re comfortable owning the lot – no hand-holding.
