Senior AI Developer Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m expanding a production-grade AI pipeline and need a senior engineer who can own machine-learning model development end to end while collaborating with a fully remote team that operates on U.S. business hours.
Your core focus will be designing, training, validating, and iterating on models that drive real-time product features. Expect to work primarily in Python for research/experimentation and Java for high-throughput services, then surface results through React/Node interfaces. The stack lives on AWS, so familiarity with its ML and DevOps toolchain (SageMaker, Lambda, Terraform, CI/CD) is important. Experience fine-tuning or integrating GPT models gives you an immediate edge.
Native-level English is essential because you’ll be leading architecture reviews and daily stand-ups with stakeholders. Full-time overlap with the U.S. time zone is non-negotiable; I need rapid feedback loops and same-day iterations.

• Brief summary of comparable ML projects you have shipped to production
• Links to repos, papers, or demos (private code can be screenshared)
• Confirmation of U.S.-hour availability and expected start date
Once we kick off, the first milestone will be a technical discovery session culminating in an architecture plan and sprint breakdown for our initial model. From there, you’ll move straight into data wrangling, model training, and deployment to staging. Clear, well-documented code and reproducible experiments are the acceptance criteria for each sprint.
