Scalable AI-Driven E-Commerce Platform

I’m building a new e-commerce site designed for growth from day one. Beyond the usual shop-cart-checkout flow, I need a tailor-made solution that can flex with changing business rules, so the core architecture has to be modular and cloud friendly.

Key feature: an AI-powered recommendation engine that learns from browsing and purchase behaviour, then serves up real-time product suggestions on every relevant screen. I’m open to your preferred machine-learning tools—as long as they plug cleanly into the storefront and can be retrained as the catalogue evolves.

Adaptability is equally critical. The platform must integrate smoothly with third-party services (think ERP, CRM, fulfilment or marketing automation). Exposing clean REST or GraphQL endpoints, using webhooks where sensible, and documenting those touchpoints will make future connections painless.
