I need a full-stack partner to design, build, and deploy a SaaS platform that uses AI to spot compliance gaps in a company’s draft prospectus. The engine must automatically check every uploaded document against ICDR (SEBI) requirements and the Companies Act 2013, highlight any missing or inconsistent clauses, and generate a clear, section-by-section report that I can share with management or regulators.
Key requirements
• Automated compliance checking against the two regulations named above, with the model easy to expand later to GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or other frameworks.
• Multi-tier user access (admin, reviewer, viewer at a minimum) so different teams can collaborate securely.
• A downloadable, well-structured report that lists each rule breached, the exact location in the document, and recommended wording to bridge the gap.
Deliverables
1. Cloud-hosted SaaS application (frontend, backend, database, and AI inference layer) ready for production use.
2. Trained model or rules engine aligned to ICDR and Companies Act 2013, along with a simple interface for future rule updates.
3. Role-based access control and audit logs.
4. Deployment scripts and brief hand-over documentation.
The tech stack is your call—Python, Node, or similar on the backend; React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend—as long as it remains modular and easy to maintain.
