Senior AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer Required – AI SaaS Platform

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer or full-stack developer to design and build a scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platform that combines AI automation, CRM, communication tools, and business workflow management.

This is a long-term retained engagement rather than a one-off development project. We are looking for a technical partner who can help architect the platform, recommend the most suitable technology stack, and continue developing and enhancing the product over time.

Core Requirements

The platform will include AI-powered features such as:

* AI sales and workflow automation
* CRM and customer management
* AI-generated emails and follow-up sequences
* Call transcription, summaries and task generation
* AI-powered sales assistance
* Website generation from user prompts
* Business content generation
* Reporting and analytics
* Role-based user management
* API-first, multi-tenant SaaS architecture

The platform should also be designed to support future integrations with telephony providers, CRM platforms, payment gateways and other third-party services.

Technical Skills Required

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in:

* AI/LLM application development
* AI agents and workflow automation
* Modern frontend and backend development
* Cloud-native SaaS architecture
* API development
* Database design
* Security and authentication
* Scalable infrastructure

Experience with speech AI, voice processing, CRM systems or workflow automation would be an advantage.
