AI Research Platform for University AI Lab

We are looking for an experienced full-stack AI/ML development team to build a production-ready AI Research Platform for universities. The platform will be installed on an AI GPU server and used by students, research scholars, professors, faculty supervisors, lab admins, and IT admins.
The system should support AI-assisted research, literature review, academic paper discovery, PDF/document analysis, RAG-based document Q&A, data analysis, no-code ML, deep learning, computer vision, LLM workflows, citation management, report generation, faculty supervision, and admin monitoring.
The platform should follow an open-source-first approach, with optional integrations for OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, OCR APIs, academic paper APIs, local LLMs, vector databases, JupyterLab, VS Code, MLflow, and other AI/ML tools. Detailed SRS will be shared with shortlisted freelancers.
We need a clean, secure, modular, scalable, and production-ready web application with frontend, backend, database, AI/ML pipelines, admin panel, deployment setup, documentation, testing, and final handover.
