Research Drone With Autonomous Telemetry

I’m looking for a skilled builder who can help me complete a Holybro x650 drone kit. This is for a research project with The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists thebulletin.org. I need instruction for both completing the build and programming an NVIDIA Jetson Nano kit. I am a newbie with no experience in electronics and so need instruction at a basic to intermediate level.
