Remotion Video-Editing Templates with JSON Inputs (React/TypeScript)

We are looking for a developer who can build Remotion-based video templates similar in style and complexity to the attached example animation. The key requirement is that each template must be fully configurable via JSON inputs, so we can programmatically render different versions of the same motion graphic.

You will be responsible for:

Creating reusable Remotion compositions using React and TypeScript

Exposing clear, well-documented JSON props (text, colors, media, timing, layout options, etc.)

Ensuring smooth, modern motion graphics suitable for marketing and social media content

Optimizing for reliable rendering in an automated pipeline (no manual timeline tweaking)

We will handle:

Providing example animations and reference designs

Supplying JSON input formats and data structures

Integrating your templates into our rendering workflow

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Remotion (React-based video rendering)

Solid React and TypeScript experience

Experience building motion-graphics-style animations (transitions, keyframes, easing, etc.)

Comfortable working with JSON-driven configuration and dynamic data

Good communication and the ability to iterate quickly on feedback

Nice to have:

Prior experience building templated video systems driven by JSON or similar config

Design sense for typography, layout, and color in motion graphics

Scope & availability:

Ongoing work, starting with a small test

Goal is to produce multiple polished templates over time

More than 30 hours/week possible for the right freelancer
