AI Recruiting Workflow Automation
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need an end-to-end, AI-driven workflow that takes a job requirement from initial intake all the way to candidate submission inside CEIPAL. Candidate sourcing is the single biggest priority, so whatever you build must surface qualified talent quickly and at scale before moving on to the rest of the funnel.
How I see the flow working
1. Ingest a new job description, parse key skills and parameters, and push them into the workflow.
2. Source candidates automatically, tapping job boards, internal databases, and social channels; rank them with a relevancy score.
3. Trigger outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, or texts, then follow up on a configurable cadence.
4. Collect RTR and any other compliance documents automatically.
5. Sync every action and data point back to CEIPAL in real time, updating notes, status, and submission records.
Configurable rules that must live in the admin panel:
• Screening criteria (skills, location, salary range, visa status, etc.)
• Contact frequency (number of touches and wait times)
• Data synchronization settings with CEIPAL and any secondary systems
Deliverable is a working, documented workflow deployable in my environment, complete with API keys, code, and clear hand-off instructions. Please include a detailed project proposal outlining the tech stack, AI/ML components, timeline, and how you will solve the CEIPAL integration.
