AI Voice Prompt Engineer (Real-Time Ordering System – NOT Chatbots)
Body:
We’re building a real-time AI phone agent for restaurants that takes full orders (like a human cashier).
This is NOT a chatbot project.
We need someone who understands:
• real-time voice interaction (low latency)
• turn-taking (no awkward pauses)
• structured ordering flows (pizza, drinks, modifiers, upsells)
• keeping conversations FAST, NATURAL, and ON TRACK
What’s broken right now:
• AI pauses too long
• conversation loops / goes off track
• responses feel robotic
• ordering flow isn’t tight
Your job:
• design prompt structure + conversation flow
• force clean step-by-step ordering (rails)
• eliminate delays + overthinking responses
• make it feel like a real employee, not AI

• ElevenLabs (voice)
• OpenAI / LLM backend
• n8n automation
