AI Real Estate Capital Fundraising website and

Job ID: 40200089

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m building an online hub that lets accredited investors learn about, subscribe to, and monitor our real-estate fund—think of https://origininvestments.com/ as the design benchmark, but with deeper data insight. The site must let users register, complete their profile, and immediately access a secure dashboard that shows current holdings, performance metrics, and downloadable reports.

A key differentiator will be an AI layer that delivers predictive analytics on market trends and, based on those insights, suggests relevant investment opportunities from our pipeline. I need this engine to ingest reputable real-estate and macro-economic feeds, run the models, and translate the results into plain-language charts inside the investor dashboard.

Everything has to feel natural on a phone. Whether visitors arrive via Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on a high-end Android, the interface must be thumb-friendly, fast, and visually consistent with the desktop experience.

Deliverables
• Production-ready website with secure user registration & profile management
• Investor dashboard featuring real-time investment tracking and downloadable reports
• Embedded AI module delivering predictive analytics and tailored recommendations
* AI Lead Generator, AI Appointment Setter, AI support Agent, Answer FAQ, Contact Leads, Take Orders, Make Recommendations,
• Fully responsive design, usability-tested on current iOS and Android devices
• Clear deployment documentation and a short recorded walkthrough of the admin area

Acceptance Criteria
1. A new user can register, verify identity, and see their personalized dashboard without errors.
2. Portfolio data refreshes on demand and matches a supplied test data set.
3. AI section returns at least one market-trend prediction and one investment suggestion per user session, with confidence scores.
4. Google Lighthouse mobile performance score ≥ 90 on both iOS and Android test devices.
5. All source code, environment variables, and build instructions are handed over at sign-off.

I’m comfortable with React, Next.js, Node, or comparable modern stacks—propose what you think best balances speed, security, and scalability.
