AI Property Management Platform Development
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m building an AI-driven, web-based property-management platform and need a full-stack developer who can take the product from blank repo to production. The stack I’ve chosen is Next.js for the front end and server components, with Anthropic’s Claude powering conversational and decision-support features. I work in Cursor, so a workflow that plays nicely with that editor is important.
Core scope
• End-to-end functionality: tenant onboarding and screening, digital lease creation, automated maintenance requests with routing to service vendors, rent collection, late-fee logic, and real-time financial reporting for owners.
• AI layer: Claude should handle natural-language queries (“Show me delinquencies over 30 days” or “Draft a gentle rent reminder”) and surface predictive insights such as likely churn or upcoming capital expenses.
• Role-based access: distinct experiences for tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams, each served through a single responsive web interface.
• Modern UI/UX: fast page loads, accessible forms, and dashboard components that make data intuitive at a glance.
• Integration points: Stripe (or similar) for payments, SendGrid for notifications, and a Postgres database managed through Prisma—or suggest an equivalent you prefer.
Acceptance criteria
1. A Git repo with clear commits and readable TypeScript code.
2. Running Next.js app deployable to Vercel (or Docker image) that demonstrates every core feature behind seed data.
3. Claude prompt engineering docs showing how intents are mapped to system, user, and tool messages.
4. Basic test coverage (unit + one E2E flow).
5. Setup instructions that let me stand up the project locally in Cursor with a single command.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, include one link to a comparable SaaS you’ve shipped and a quick outline of how you’d phase the build.
