Build Premium PropTech SaaS Platform – Real Estate Investment Decision Engine

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack SaaS Developer or small development team with strong experience in PropTech, real estate investment platforms, financial dashboards, API integrations, and AI tools.

We are building a premium real estate decision platform for investors, builders, flippers, lenders, and developers.

This is not a simple website and not a basic calculator.

We need someone who understands how to build a serious SaaS platform with strong back-end logic, clean mobile-friendly UI, and scalable architecture.

Ideal experience includes:

• Real estate investment platforms
• Financial dashboards
• CRM / pipeline systems
• Property data integrations
• API integrations
• OpenAI / AI workflow tools
• Mobile responsive premium UI
• Strong database and back-end development

Bonus if you understand:

• fix-and-flips
• underwriting
• ARV analysis
• construction estimating
• investor deal analysis

Project Scope:

We already have the product concept, business logic, workflow structure, and prototype direction completed.

We are now looking for the right developer to build the live MVP platform.

The platform will include:

• Front-end landing page
• Property input engine
• Real estate deal analysis engine
• Deal scoring
• Maximum Safe Offer calculations
• AI deal assistant
• Saved deal dashboard
• Investor-ready PDF export

We are intentionally keeping some proprietary logic private until we select the right development partner.

This project can become a long-term relationship for the right person or team.
