AI Project Calendar Automation

I need an AI-driven scheduling assistant that can take two simple fields—project size and pitch crew—then assign the correct start date in my Motion calendar. Once the schedule is generated, I want a single, quick input to flag any delay; the system must automatically cascade new dates to every subsequent project so nothing overlaps or gets lost.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: I enter size and crew, the assistant picks the next available slot in Motion, and I instantly see it on my calendar. If a project slips, I type the number of days (or select a preset) and the assistant re-balances the whole timeline in Motion without manual dragging. Apple Calendar compatibility would be a plus, but Motion is the primary integration.

Deliverables
• A working AI or no-code workflow (e.g., using Motion API, Zapier, Make, or comparable tools) that captures the two inputs, schedules the start date, and auto-shifts future projects on delay
• Simple front-end or form for entering new projects and delays
• Clear instructions or short Loom/video walkthrough so I can maintain or extend the setup myself

Acceptance criteria
• New projects appear in Motion within 30 seconds of form submission
• Delay input visibly updates all downstream dates in Motion with 100 % accuracy
• No existing events outside the project list are altered
