AI Professional services website build

I’m launching an AI-focused professional services copmpany and need the entire customer-facing platform built from the ground up. The site will showcase our services, handle basic client interaction, and must run smoothly both in a standard browser and as a desktop application.

Scope
• Design and develop a modern, responsive web experience that clearly communicates what we do and makes it easy for visitors to start using our services.
• Package the same codebase for Desktop (Windows and macOS) so users can install and run the platform locally without losing any functionality found on the web version.
• Implement an intuitive admin area so I can update text, images, and service details myself after launch.

Key requirements
• Compatibility: Web + Desktop (no mobile build needed right now).
• Clean, maintainable code using a contemporary stack—React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar framework is fine as long as it supports desktop packaging (Electron, Tauri, etc.).
• SEO-friendly structure and fast load times.
• Clear documentation covering setup, deployment, and future updates.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity UI/UX mock-ups for review and sign-off.
2. Production-ready source code for both Web and Desktop.
3. Build/deploy scripts plus brief walkthrough videos or written guides.
4. Post-launch support window to fix any critical bugs.
