I’m ready to move our project-management SaaS from working prototype to production-ready MVP and need a seasoned full-stack developer to make it happen. The core of the product is already live, but its most exciting piece—AI-driven project assistance powered by computer vision—is only half-built. Your mission is to finish that integration, streamline performance across the stack, and leave the codebase clean, documented, and easy to scale.

We work primarily in Python on the back end and JavaScript on the front end, so deep fluency in both is non-negotiable. If you’re comfortable weaving together a modern Python framework (think Django or FastAPI) with a React or Vue interface, you’ll feel right at home. You should also be confident designing and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs, writing solid automated tests, and deploying to a cloud environment.

I’m iterating quickly, so clear communication and rapid problem-solving are vital. Expect short feedback loops, direct access to me for decisions, and plenty of autonomy to propose smarter solutions when you see them.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A fully functional AI module that analyzes uploaded images and surfaces relevant project insights in real time.
• Refactored code that meets current best practices, complete with unit and integration tests.
• Deployment scripts (Docker or comparable) plus concise setup documentation so any engineer can spin up the entire stack in minutes.

Acceptance criteria are simple: the SaaS must run smoothly for at least 100 concurrent users, the AI feature should respond in under two seconds on average, and the repository must pass all automated tests before hand-off.
