Scope of work
1. Discovery & wire-framing – translate business goals into detailed user flows and lo-fi prototypes.
2. UI/UX design – deliver responsive high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile, consistent with modern real-estate aesthetics.
3. Database & cloud architecture – design a scalable schema for listings, media assets, subscriptions, and analytics events.
4. AI & analytics layer – implement recommendation engines, trend forecasting, and KPI dashboards using your preferred ML stack.
5. Virtual tour integration – support 3D renders, 360° video, and live walkthrough scheduling.
6. Subscription & billing – role-based access, tiered plans, secure payments, and invoice history.
7. QA, security hardening, and performance tuning – comply with industry best practices (GDPR, SOC-2, HTTPS everywhere).
