AI-Powered UI Prototyping: Premium Airline [My Account] Portal (Vue/Tailwind)

We are looking for a highly capable frontend developer or UI engineer who leverages modern AI generation tools (such as Claude Design, Lovable, v0, or Bolt.new) to rapidly build an advanced, fully clickable code prototype for an airline "My Account" interface.
We are NOT looking for static Figma mockups or a backend engineering project. We want a rapid, functional, component-based frontend prototype that acts and feels like a production application.
This project is strictly Mobile-First. The entire UI must be designed flawlessly for mobile devices first, and seamlessly adapted for desktop viewports.

- Aesthetics: The interface must feature highly polished Apple Liquid Glass UI effects. This means using rich glassmorphism, glossy overlays, subtle depth/shadows, fluid gradients, and ultra-premium transparent blurs.
- Inspiration: The design should draw layout and UX inspiration from the top 10 global airlines, delivering a high-end, smooth, and modern travel companion experience.
[Technical Stack Requirements]
- Target Stack: Vue 3 + Vite + Tailwind CSS (or React + Tailwind if you can deliver significantly faster/better results via v0 or Lovable).
- Data Handling: NO backend or API integration is required. All data, flight statuses, and profiles must be cleanly mocked as static frontend data so our internal team can easily connect it to our APIs later.

- Travel Companions: A dedicated settings interface to manage saved profiles for frequent co-travelers.

3. Environment & Assets: We will provide the hosting environment. We are also willing to purchase necessary frameworks or premium UI Kits if you require them to speed up your workflow.
4. Milestone Terms: We only pay for the final, fully working solution. We will not release partial milestone payments for incomplete views or individual pages.
5. Strict Design System Requirement (UI Consistency): We will not accept or pay for results lacking UI Consistency. The prototype must adhere to a strict design system, enforcing global design tokens matching the requested aesthetic to eliminate individual layout overrides. Spacing, typography, UI effects, and component styles must be mathematically identical and flawlessly continuous across all pages.
