AI-Powered Property Analysis Tool Development

Summary
We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer (or small team) to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an AI-powered property analysis tool. The app will use NSW planning data, GIS mapping, and OpenAI to help users understand what can be built on any residential block.


MVP Features:

- Address search

- Pull zoning, lot size, frontage & planning controls

- Analyse development potential (CDC, DA, duplex, terrace, multi-dwelling)

- Simple lot diagram (boundaries + setbacks)

- AI-generated planning rule explanations

- Export summary (PDF or text)


Tech Requirements:

- GIS/mapping tools (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps)

- API integrations (planning/spatial data + OpenAI)

- React / Next.js (preferred)

- Node.js or Python backend

- Firebase / Supabase

- Clean UI/UX
