AI-Powered Options Trading Recommendation System – Solution Design

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced AI/ML developer or financial technology expert to design a solution for an AI-driven trading system focused on options trading.
The goal of this project is to create a solution design and roadmap (not coding at this stage) that explains how to build an AI system capable of:
1. Data Integration
• Connect to live market data sources (e.g., NASDAQ, NYSE) to pull stock prices and options contracts data.
• Handle both equities and derivatives data (strike price, delta, gamma, ROI, contract value, etc.).
2. Rules & Filters
• Allow me to specify complex, customizable rules for trade recommendations.
• Rules will apply to options contracts (e.g., delta, gamma, ROI, contract premium, strike levels).
• Rules will also apply to underlying stocks (e.g., 200-day/50-day moving averages, RSI, trend indicators).
• Support different “modes” of trading such as:
• Aggressive strategies
• Precautionary / conservative strategies
3. AI Trade Recommendation Engine
• Based on the defined rules and criteria, the AI should generate recommended trades (e.g., selling puts, buying calls, selling calls).
• The rules should be flexible so I can define new strategies anytime.
4. Machine Learning Enhancement (Optional Phase)
• Enable the AI to learn from past trades (successful vs. unsuccessful).
• Adjust criteria or weighting of rules automatically over time to improve trade recommendations.
5. Solution Design Deliverables
I am looking for a solution architecture and feasibility plan, not the full implementation at this stage. The deliverable should include:
• Technical design of the proposed system.
• Recommended technology stack (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, APIs, databases).
• Infrastructure requirements (e.g., cloud servers, on-premise, licenses).
• How to connect to stock and options data sources.
• Approximate budget and timeline estimates for full implementation.
