Project Overview
We are building a domain-specific, regulator-grade web system to support the development, monitoring, and regulatory screening of National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) used in Malaysia.

This is NOT a chatbot or document editor.
This IS a controlled, audit-safe, AI-assisted workflow system designed around real NOSS processes.

The system must support multiple concurrent NOSS projects (15–20 at a time) and multiple user roles.
