We are seeking an experienced and talented freelancer to develop an AI-powered lead follow-up system tailored to our client’s business needs. This AI system should effectively manage and automate the lead follow-up process, improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction while adhering to Canadian compliance regulations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML technologies, experience in implementing lead generation tools, and a solid understanding of compliance standards, specifically related to Canadian data protection and privacy laws.
Responsibilities:
Develop AI System: Design and build an AI system that automates lead follow-up processes, providing timely and relevant responses to potential clients.
Lead Nurturing Automation: Create algorithms that categorize and nurture leads, ensuring each lead receives appropriate follow-up based on their behavior and engagement with the business.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure that the AI system complies with Canadian laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Integration: Implement the AI system seamlessly into our client’s existing workflows, CRM tools, and business processes.
User Experience Design: Develop an intuitive and user-friendly interface for the AI, ensuring ease of use for both the client’s staff and their customers.
Testing and Optimization: Test the AI system thoroughly and optimize for best performance and user experience.
Demo Presentation: Provide a comprehensive demo of the completed AI tool to demonstrate its functionality, features, and benefits before final implementation.
Ongoing Support: Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting for the first 30 days of use, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing AI or machine learning systems, specifically focused on automation of lead follow-up or customer engagement.
Strong understanding of Canadian data privacy laws, including PIPEDA and CASL, and the ability to ensure full compliance during the design and implementation process.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, or other AI tools.
Experience working with CRM systems and integrating AI tools with third-party software.
Excellent communication skills to present the system’s capabilities and offer post-deployment training and support to the client.
Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with the client’s team.

White-Label Tools: If the freelancer decides to use white-labeled tools or third-party platforms as part of the solution, that is acceptable. We are open to discussing this route, but we would like to ensure that these tools meet our client’s specific needs and are fully customizable.
Implementation: The freelancer will be expected to handle the full implementation of the AI system into the client’s business operations and workflows, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
Collaboration: As the project progresses, we may schedule calls or meetings to provide further details, discuss progress, and align expectations.
