AI-Powered Internal Knowledge Base Creation

I am looking to build an AI-powered internal knowledge base or “Company Second Brain.” The system should capture organizational knowledge from meeting transcripts, SOPs, documents, ERP notes, emails, PDFs, Excel files, and department-level inputs, then convert it into a structured, searchable, role-based knowledge system. This is not just a chatbot project. I need a secure, scalable platform with department-wise knowledge trees, role-based access control, approval workflows, version history, audit trail, source traceability, and an AI assistant that answers only from approved company knowledge. Authorized users from departments such as Accounts, Finance, Purchase, Production, QC, QA, HR, Sales, Dispatch, and Management should be able to update their assigned knowledge areas. Directors/admins should have broader access. The system should also generate training modules, FAQs, onboarding guides, checklists, quizzes, SOP drafts, and help articles from approved knowledge. Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI document processing, enterprise dashboards, workflow systems, and secure web applications is required. Pharma, ERP, SOP, or compliance experience will be an advantage.
