About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer (Vibe Coders) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in full-stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, backend development, and database management, along with a mindset aligned to Vibe Codingleveraging AI-powered workflows and intelligent development environments. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of scalable, user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end components using React.js/Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Utilize TanStack Query (React Query) for efficient data fetching, caching, and state synchronization.
• Implement responsive UI/UX using Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern ES6+ JavaScript features.
• Build backend services and APIs using Go (preferred) or Node.js with Express/Fastify or similar frameworks.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend logic aligned with product requirements.
• Work with MongoDB to design schema, write queries, manage collections, and optimize database performance.
• Support application deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless feature integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.

Vibe Coding Requirements (AI-Powered Development)
• Ability to work comfortably in AI-supported development environments (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, WindSurf, or similar AI-powered IDEs).
• Experience using AI-assisted coding workflows for faster prototyping, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
• Understanding of prompt-based development patterns and ability to convert product requirements into effective technical prompts.
• Openness to iterative, AI-guided development cycles and continuous learning of emerging AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in:
Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, HTML5/CSS3, ES6+
Backend: Go (preferred) or Node.js (Express/Fastify)
Database: MongoDB
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and architectural patterns.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Competencies
• Experience with SSR and SSG frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or similar.
