AI Developer for Educational Platform – Question Generation + Performance Analysis

We’re building a smart educational platform(LMS) designed to help students prepare for exams through structured practice, performance tracking, and personalized study plans.

We’re looking for a developer (or AI engineer) to help build an intelligent backend system that can:

1. Content Structuring & Integration
Organize existing educational materials (books, topics, chapters) into structured, queryable format (JSON or database)
Map content by subject > grade > topic > concept

2. AI-Powered Question Generator
Integrate with AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, open-source, etc.)
Generate different question types:
Multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blanks, matching, short answers... etc
Use only the provided content to generate questions (no hallucinations)
Output in clean structured format (JSON or DB-ready)

3. Performance Tracking & Learning Analytics
Analyze student exam data to detect:
Strengths, weaknesses, patterns
Completion rates, error types, time on task
Suggest personnalised learning patterns

4. Personalized Study Plans
Automatically generate topic-based study recommendations
Adjust plans based on progress or repeated mistakes
Feed performance insights back into the study workflow

Skills Required:
Strong experience with AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Cohere, etc.)
Solid in Python (or Node.js)
Comfortable with structured data handling (JSON, SQL, NoSQL)
Backend/API development
(Bonus) Experience with EdTech, assessments, or LMS platforms
(Bonus) Familiarity with prompt engineering or embeddings
