Project Overview:

I’m looking for an experienced developer (or small team) to build a web-based platform with an AI-powered system that automates document generation, tracks submissions, and manages user data securely. The goal is to provide a smooth, responsive, and scalable platform accessible on both desktop and mobile browsers.

Scope of Work:

Core Modules:

User Dashboard:

User registration, login, and profile setup

Upload or input user data (text fields, experience, or custom inputs)

View, download, and manage AI-generated documents

Submission tracker with basic analytics

Admin Panel:

Manage users, content, and analytics

Configure integrations and monitor submissions

View engagement statistics and export reports

AI Integration:

Use GPT-based or similar API to generate structured documents from user inputs

Output editable and downloadable formats (PDF, Word, or text)

Automation System:

Send generated documents via integrated channels (e.g., email or API)

Notification system for successful submissions or updates

Frontend:

Clean, fast, and mobile-first responsive UI

Dashboard + 3–5 main pages (Home, Dashboard, Submissions, Support, Settings)

Styled with a modern palette and simple animations

Backend:

Built using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (or PostgreSQL)

Secure authentication (JWT)

Admin-level access control

Scalable architecture ready for cloud deployment

Deliverables:
