AI Pickleball Referee and Scorer App

I want to make an app. Using a raspberri pi 5, 4pcs usb camera about 4k resolution each, and a 24" led screen.
This device + app will be use as an AI referree + scorer for pickleball games.
4 camera will be placed on 4 sides of the court.
1. This will record the game. Record the best angle only. Of whatever camera can record the best angle
2. Will act as scorer. Have the ability to see if the ball is in/out. And can score the game. Display on screen the score.
3. Records the highlights of the game
4. Have keypad. Can add player names, game type, etc.
5. record the game time and duration
6. Can analyze game statistics. Like per player, how many successful shots, valley, dink, missed. Percentage of good shot. Speed of shots. Can generate overall performance for each player
7. Game recording ang highlights can be saved and copy by the player.
8. Each player can have thier own login. Where they can view thier statistics, frequency of playing, what court they play, duration of their game, highlights of their game
9. An app can be downloadable in appstore/playstore so they can see their stats (player stats)
