AI Personal Growth App MVP

I’m building SuperYou, an AI-powered personal-growth app, and I’m ready to move from concept to a polished, store-ready MVP in the next 3–4 months. The stack is already defined—Flutter for iOS and Android, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics), and the OpenAI GPT-4o API with streaming.

The core of the experience must feel premium yet minimalist: matte-black screens with subtle glow accents, fluid animations, and, above all, a smooth AI chat experience that delivers highly accurate responses word-by-word. Onboarding will gather psychological insights, a streak engine will keep users returning with push notifications, and a freemium model will gate advanced features behind a tasteful paywall. Prompt-injection protection and event tracking through Firebase Analytics round out the initial scope.

To keep everything clear, here’s what I need built for the MVP:
• Onboarding flow with a short series of psych questions, writing results back to Firestore.
• Real-time chat UI that streams GPT-4o tokens in order, handles quick user interrupts, and prioritises both speed and response accuracy.
• Streak engine (server timestamp-based) plus scheduled and triggered push notifications.
• Freemium logic, premium paywall, and in-app purchase flow using native store kits.
• Analytics events wired and clearly documented.
• Comprehensive prompt-injection guardrails built into the request pipeline.
