We are Fawri Delivery, a growing logistics and recruitment platform based in Qatar, looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to manage our online recruitment platform and handle all social media activities.
We need a proactive person who can take ownership of both platform management and digital presence to help scale our hiring operations and brand visibility.
Scope of Work:
Manage and update the Fawri online recruitment platform (www.fawrico.com�)
Handle candidate data, job postings, and application tracking
Coordinate with internal team for recruitment updates
Create and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Design and publish engaging content (posts, reels, short videos)
Plan and execute content strategies for hiring campaigns
Run basic marketing and promotional campaigns
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment platforms or job portals
Strong social media management and content creation skills
Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience targeting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in logistics or manpower recruitment industry
Familiarity with overseas hiring campaigns
Video editing and ad campaign experience
