Night-Shift MCP Agentic AI Engineer

I need an experienced MCP Agentic AI engineer who can start immediately and work the full night shift (9:30 pm – 6:30 am IST). Your mission is to become the technical lead for our agent-based AI initiatives, taking ideas from concept to reliable, production-ready services.

What you’ll do
• Design and build new/existing AI solutions using MCP agentic patterns.
• Maintain and enhance our existing Python/LangChain code-base, tightening performance and reliability.
• Research, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge capabilities from OpenAI and Azure AI, then present actionable recommendations to the team.

What you’ll bring
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering production AI or ML systems.
• Mastery of Python plus deep familiarity with LangChain, Azure AI, and related tooling; comfort orchestrating OpenAI endpoints and vector stores.
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and refine features independently while collaborating remotely during night-shift hours.
• Availability to join immediately and hit the ground running.
