Moodle 4.0 Setup & Custom Tools

I am rolling out a fresh Moodle 4.0 instance and need it fully installed, configured, branded and extended with a suite of recruitment-oriented features.

The core LMS work covers server-side installation, database setup, theme tweaking and basic course templates. Where the project becomes interesting is in the custom add-ons that must plug into Moodle’s workflow:

• AI Interview Taker – a bot that can conduct and score recorded interviews and push results back to the gradebook.
• CV-JD Scanner – compares a learner’s résumé with a chosen job description, returning a fit score and detailed gap analysis.
• ATS Enhancer – formats and tags résumés so they pass common applicant-tracking systems.

In addition, I want:
– A drag-and-drop CV builder inside Moodle.
– Aggregated job feeds drawn from multiple portals, displayed in a personalised dashboard.
– AI-generated strength reports based on quiz data.
– A dedicated test section that maps personality traits and psychometrics, storing results alongside course progress.

Each tool should sit in its own micro-service (Python/Node is fine) and communicate with Moodle through REST APIs or LTI, whichever you feel is cleaner. Clear documentation, unit tests and a short video walkthrough will be required for acceptance.
