Maritime Oral Exam AI Simulator Creation

AI Oral Exam Simulator Developer (Chat + Voice + Web Platform)

I’m looking for an AI Developer or Team (preferably from India, Pakistan, or nearby countries) to build a voice + chat-based Oral Exam Simulator for Maritime Engineering cadets preparing for UK MCA/STCW oral exams.

The system should allow students to speak or type their answers, while the AI acts like a real oral examiner — asking questions, cross-questioning, evaluating responses, and providing constructive feedback.

All study materials (PDFs, notes, Q&A sets) will be uploaded by me. The developer will build the AI engine + web platform around that knowledge base.

After successful testing with the engineering cadet version, the same platform will expand into a multi-category oral exam simulator — covering Chief Engineer, Navigation, Deck, and ETO orals.
The system should therefore be built modularly from the start, allowing category and content expansion without major redevelopment.
