Description

We are a nonprofit Hindu temple and gaushala based in Sydney, Australia. Our temple runs weekly prayer services, katha every Tuesday and Friday, free prasad/mahaprasad, and we also manage a small but growing gaushala with Gau Matas.

Our long-term vision is to scale into a major spiritual and community organisation (similar in scale and impact to large mandir institutions), while keeping operational costs extremely low and maximising automation.

We are looking for a freelancer to build a simple AI-powered automation workflow system.

Objective

Create a fully automated, low-cost digital system that helps us:

* Manage donor enquiries automatically
* Respond to website/WhatsApp questions using AI
* Automate donation acknowledgements
* Automate event/service enquiries (katha, puja bookings, etc.)
* Reduce manual admin work as much as possible
* Integrate simple CRM + automation workflow

We are NOT looking for a complex enterprise system.

We want a lean, cost-effective setup using open-source or cheap tools.

Required System Components

You should design and set up a workflow using tools such as:

* WordPress or simple website integration
* n8n or similar automation tool
* OpenAI API (for AI responses)
* Basic CRM (EspoCRM / SuiteCRM or similar)
* Email automation (Brevo or similar)
* Payment/donation integration (Stripe or similar)
* Optional WhatsApp automation (if possible within budget)

1. AI Inquiry Handling

* Answer temple-related FAQs (timings, events, services)
* Respond to donation questions
* Handle basic booking enquiries

2. Donation Automation

* Auto thank-you message after donation
* Email receipt workflow
* Basic donor tracking

3. Event/Service Enquiries

* Capture and store enquiries for:
* Katha bookings
* Puja requests
* Temple services

4. Simple CRM Setup

* Store donor + visitor details
* Tag and segment users

5. Automation Workflows

* n8n workflows preferred
* Fully documented setup so it can be maintained

Budget

We have a strict one-time setup budget of:
$30 AUD (fixed)

This is for the initial workflow setup only.

We understand this is a very tight budget, so we are looking for:

* A simple MVP system
* Minimal setup
* No custom heavy development
* Use of free/open-source tools wherever possible

We will cover all monthly software costs separately, including:

* Hosting
* OpenAI API usage
* Email/SMS tools
* CRM or automation tools (if required)
