### **Job Description:**

We are launching **CapitalSpark**, an AI-powered **deal aggregation marketplace** tailored for **private equity (PE) firms**. The goal is to connect PE buyers with live and proprietary M\&A opportunities using personalized AI recommendations, advanced filtering, and secure user access.

We’re seeking an experienced **no-code/low-code app developer** (preferably with **Bubble**, **Sharetribe Flex**, or **Softr + Airtable** experience) to **build an MVP** that includes core marketplace features and future integration capabilities with AI tools.

### **Scope of Work:**

* Design and build a responsive, professional web app MVP for CapitalSpark
* Create user onboarding flows for buyers (PE firms) and sellers (advisors/corporates)
* Implement listing creation and browsing functionality with smart filters (industry, EBITDA, geography, etc.)
* Build gated content areas (e.g., NDA wall or request access)
* Set up dashboards for both buyer and seller accounts
* Add secure internal messaging or inquiry system
* Prepare for AI recommendation engine integration (OpenAI or similar)
* Assist with admin backend for user and listing management
* Recommend and connect APIs (if needed) for future automation or data aggregation

### **Preferred Skills:**

* Proven experience with no-code platforms like **Bubble**, **Sharetribe Flex**, or **Softr**
* Knowledge of integrating APIs and external tools (Zapier, OpenAI, Airtable, Stripe)
* UX/UI design for B2B marketplaces
* Familiarity with marketplace logic: user roles, listings, approvals, transactions
* Understanding of B2B or private equity markets (bonus)

* Fully functional MVP hosted on preferred platform
* Responsive design for desktop and mobile
* Documentation or Loom walkthroughs for the admin system
* Suggestions for scaling and future integration (AI, payments, CRM)
