Junior Software Engineer (AI & Product Development) - USA Based

We are an early-stage startup building AI-powered products and are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer based in the United States to join our growing team.
We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We value curiosity, creativity, ownership, and a genuine interest in learning new technologies. If you enjoy solving problems, experimenting with ideas, and building things from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.
**What You'll Work On**
* Building and improving web applications and internal tools
* Integrating AI/LLM APIs into real-world products
* Developing backend services, APIs, and automations
* Working with product and design teams to turn ideas into features
* Testing, debugging, and improving existing systems
* Exploring new technologies and helping shape technical decisions
**Preferred Skills**
* Experience with one or more programming
languages such as Python, Java, or C#
* Basic understanding of SQL
* Experience consuming APIs and working with JSON data
* Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
* Exposure to cloud platform; AWS is a plus
* Interest in AI, LLMs, agents, automation, RAG, or data-driven applications
