AI Job Application Assistant Development

I am looking for an experienced AI developer to build a workflow-driven AI assistant that helps manage my entire job application process. This is not intended to be a general-purpose chatbot. Instead, I want a structured AI assistant that follows a repeatable workflow to analyze job opportunities, generate customized application materials, organize application data, and assist with interview preparation. The assistant should minimize manual work while ensuring all generated content remains truthful, personalized, ATS-friendly, and consistent with my professional experience. The architecture should be modular so additional capabilities can be added later, but the initial version should function as a single AI assistant with multiple workflow modules, not a complex multi-agent system.
The assistant should: Analyze job postings. Compare opportunities against my background (my background is based on my master cv/resume, master cover letter, and writing sample library, if possible). Produce tailored resumes or CVs. Produce tailored cover letters. Preserve my writing style. Preserve the formatting of my master resume/CV templates. Generate ATS-friendly application materials. Track job applications. Prepare interview materials. Reduce the time required to complete high-quality applications.
