Intelligent News Automation and WhatsApp Chatbot Development

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Developer / AI Engineer to build an end-to-end intelligent system for a digital news platform. The core task is to automatically fetch the latest breaking news from major international agencies (e.g., Reuters, AFP, AP News, etc.), rewrite the articles in a fresh, human-sounding, SEO-optimized style, generate catchy headlines, and publish them directly on my website.

Additionally, I need a WhatsApp chatbot that allows me to manually send news updates, which the system will convert into a publish-ready article.
1. Automated News Aggregation & Publishing
Fetch breaking news from multiple trusted news providers (Reuters, AFP, AP News, etc.) using APIs or scraping.
Automatically rewrite each article using AI (unique, high-quality, SEO-friendly).
Generate catchy, keyword-rich headlines that comply with SEO best practices.
Auto-categorize news topics (Politics, World, Business, Tech, Sports, etc.).
Publish articles directly to my CMS (WordPress or custom CMS — please share your experience).
Ensure the pipeline runs continuously with high accuracy and real-time responsiveness.

2. WhatsApp Chatbot for News Publishing
Build a WhatsApp bot that accepts text, images, or URLs.
Transform messages into clean, SEO-friendly news pieces.
Support basic commands like:
/post – publish immediately
/draft – save for review
/update – modify existing articles

Integrate with WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, or WATI (developer may recommend best option).

Required Skills
Strong experience with Python automation.
Expertise in web scraping (Scrapy, Playwright, BeautifulSoup).
Experience with AI rewriting, NLP, and LLM integration (GPT, Claude, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO content automation.
Solid understanding of WordPress or CMS publishing APIs.
WhatsApp API integration experience is a must.
Clean coding practices, error handling, logging, and documentation.
