AI Integration for SaaS Portal
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need an experienced AI developer to integrate Amazon Bedrock into my existing SaaS portal. This project involves setting up both generative and agentic AI functionalities.
Key Tasks:
- Automate processes to enhance efficiency.
- Customize course content based on industry and organizational inputs.
- Analyze scenarios and provide recommendations for best practices.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Amazon Bedrock
- Strong background in AI development and integration
- Experience with process automation and content customization
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
We want to use Amazon Bedrock because it supports long running workflows, built in logging, and overall makes multi-tenant (client) processes safer. We are already going to use AWS S3 which is a storage solution. But there are components that need to be built out specifically to handle some of the custom pathways. A "library" needs to be built out in a way to support various prompts and steps involved. We will need to test each component because there is not one template that will be used. We have several pathways that need customizations. We need someone who can also specialize in backend processes. Here's an example of three pathways and what we'll need them to do. (1) Strategic Planning - generative and agentic AI needs (which will have the highest security risk, therefore possibly the highest back-end integration needs): I still like the way you had it structured. If we can use the code you already have developed, and add in:
An agent that will develop and analyze the results of a customized survey
Determining how to make the strategic plan an aesthetically pleasing document
Prepare a project plan for implementing the strategic plan
(2) Leadership Development - generative AI needs: Customize existing training content. If we upload the following, and provide research of what’s needed for various industries, and have the clients provide us with specifics about their organization, we can CUSTOMIZE training and spit out the following:
Flight plan with timeline
Facilitator script
Participants workbook
Powerpoint presentation content (not branded for companies)
Offer the company a Train-the-Trainer session (for an additional price)
(3) Culture - agentic and generative AI needs?: Create some pre-planned scenarios, top scenarios organizations deal with that impact the organization’s culture. And create a “Navi Coach” to answer some “How do I . . . “ questions, and the content comes from what we already provided in EP360. Possibly they can type in situations they are dealing with and receive “advice”. Here’s what our competitor has done, and below is what I’m proposing we begin with:
Leadership Behaviors (we also have a leadership risk assessment they can use)
Inclusive decision-making (create our own model) that centers around building trust
How to give effective feedback
Encouraging employee feedback and turn it into action
Conflict resolution
Psychological safety
New team dynamics
Employee engagement and empowerment
