Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m scaling the Moonshot Innovation Platform—a system that has already proven it can supervise a 52-language AI training programme—into a production-ready service for release in 2025. The goal is to go beyond simple “talent marketplaces” and offer true orchestration: an AI engine that matches skills to projects in real time while keeping multiple technical and creative teams moving together through complex, multi-phase research cycles.
Most of the strategic planning is complete; what I need now is hands-on development and refinement across two critical phases:
• Ongoing coordination: build the live orchestration layer that keeps distributed technical and creative contributors aligned, flags road-blocks automatically and maintains secure, trackable IP hand-offs.
• Final evaluation: create the analytics and scoring modules that measure outcomes against pre-set innovation goals and surface insights for future sprints.
Key functional requirements
• AI skill-to-project matching (vector databases, embeddings, or your preferred ML approach).
• Cross-disciplinary team coordination, with emphasis on technical and creative cohorts working simultaneously.
• Multilingual scalability (the prototype already handles 52 languages—your solution must not regress).
• Clear API endpoints and documentation so downstream services can plug in seamlessly.
Acceptance criteria
1. A deployable microservice or modular codebase that demonstrates reliable skill matching and real-time coordination under simulated load.
2. Automated test suite covering core logic and multilingual edge cases.
3. Dashboard or API output that summarises performance metrics for the final evaluation stage.
4. Implementation documentation sufficient for another engineer to stand up the service in a fresh environment.
