AI Implementation Specialist Needed - Long term (Looking for freelancers not agencies)

I run an AI consulting and implementation firm. Our work is to go into businesses, understand their operations deeply, and deploy intelligent AI systems that execute tasks — not just automate them.
I am looking for a skilled individual developer to be my long-term technical partner. This is a collaborative relationship — you will be involved from the architecture stage, not just handed a brief to execute.
Must-have skills
→
n8n — complex multi-step workflows, sub-workflows, error handling, webhook triggers, modular architecture
→
LLM API — Claude or OpenAI — advanced prompt engineering, structured data extraction, classification, consistent JSON output. Not chatbot work.

AI agent architecture — per-client context profiles, structured memory systems, dynamic prompt construction, automated feedback learning loops
→
REST API — write-access operations — OAuth 2.0, multi-client credential management, creating and updating records across platforms. Not just reading data.

Google Workspace — Drive triggers, Sheets read/write, Gmail — integrated inside n8n workflows
→
System thinking — ability to translate a client’s operational problem into an intelligent architecture, not just a workflow
→
Documentation — clean, plain-English documentation of every system built for handover and maintenance
Strong bonus

Write-access API experience with business platforms — CRM, ERP, accounting, healthcare, or similar
→
Experience building across more than one industry
→
Multi-tenant architecture — separate builds per client with isolated data and credentials
