We are a recruitment and staffing consultancy building a next-generation, AI-enabled delivery platform.
We are hiring an AI Engineer / AI Implementation Specialist to design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems across our full recruitment lifecycle for clients — from sourcing and outreach to pipeline intelligence and automated client reporting.
This is NOT a research role and NOT a prompt-only role.
You will be responsible for shipping real systems that recruiters and clients rely on every day.
Core Responsibilities
1. AI Sourcing & Shortlisting Engine
• Design and deploy AI agents to source candidates from:
o Job boards
o LinkedIn
o Internal and third-party databases
• Build candidate enrichment pipelines (skills, seniority, availability, salary)
• Implement semantic matching and ranking between job requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain vector databases and scoring logic to deliver ranked shortlists by fit and readiness
2. Outreach & Engagement Automation
• Build AI-personalised, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SMS/WhatsApp)
• Implement:
o Dynamic personalisation
o Reply classification (interested / later / not a fit)
o Automated follow-ups
• Design and deploy AI-driven screening flows
• Implement automated interview scheduling, including time-zone handling and rescheduling logic
3. Pipeline Visibility & Decision Intelligence
• Build live dashboards for recruiters and leadership showing:
o Recruiter output
o At-risk roles
o Pipeline health
o Forecasted billings
o Delivery blockers
• Develop decision-support logic to:
o Flag stalled roles
o Predict placement likelihood
o Surface risk early in the hiring lifecycle
4. Client Communication Automation
• Design systems that automatically generate weekly client updates, including:
o Candidate progress summaries
o Pipeline health
o Hiring insights and market feedback
• Ensure outputs are:
o Accurate
o Explainable
o Client-ready
• Automate delivery via email and reporting dashboards
Required Skills & Experience
AI & Machine Learning (Applied)
• Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude)
• Prompt engineering for:
o Personalisation
o Structured outputs
o Scoring and summarisation
• Semantic search and matching using:
o Embeddings
o Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS)
• Bias awareness and evaluation of AI outputs
Automation & Systems Engineering
• Workflow orchestration using:
o n8n (strongly preferred)
o Make or similar tools
• API integration, webhooks, and event-driven systems
• Error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring
• Queue-based processing (Redis or similar)
Data & Analytics
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience building dashboards with:
o Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Retool, or similar
• Event tracking and KPI definition
• Forecasting and pipeline analytics
Outreach, CRM & ATS Integration
• Experience integrating:
o CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable)
o ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Understanding of:
o Email deliverability
o Multi-channel sequencing
o Consent and opt-out management
Nice to Have
• Recruitment or staffing industry experience
• SalesOps / RevOps background
• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance in hiring
You will be expected to own systems end-to-end, from design to production reliability.
