We are looking for an experienced IVR QA Automation Engineer for freelance/contract work.
Required Skills:
Genesys Cloud CX (IVR testing)
Empirix Hammer demand on QA& Cyara automation
IVR call flow validation (routing, DTMF, speech, ACD)
Additional:
Experience with AI tools for automation improvement
US time zone availability preferred
3+ hours daily engagement required
