I’m building a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that unites wearable health trackers and continuous glucose monitors with a functional-medicine lens, then turns that data into an actionable lifestyle plan specifically for Muslim women. My vision is to collect day-to-day biometrics, analyse them on the fly, and respond through a warm, human-like avatar that delivers real-time coaching, recipes, supplement suggestions, and gentle spiritual reminders that honour Islamic values.

Core scope
• Seamless integration with popular wearables and all major CGM devices.
• A rules-based and AI-assisted engine that translates raw health metrics into personalised nutrition, vitamin, movement, and mindfulness guidance.
• Real-time feedback delivered by a customisable 3-D avatar, paired with a gamified reward loop to keep motivation high (badges, streaks, points, etc.).
• Culturally mindful UX: prayer-friendly scheduling, halal nutrition filters, modest-friendly activity tips, and a body-positive tone throughout.

Deliverables
1. Native or hybrid codebase that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android.
2. Secure OAuth/SDK connections for wearables and CGM data streams.
3. Back-end logic for data aggregation, functional-medicine rules, and avatar dialogue.
4. Basic gamification layer (progress tracking, leaderboards, rewards).
5. Admin panel or dashboard for future content updates and user support.
6. Thorough documentation plus a short video walkthrough of key flows.

Acceptance criteria
• Device data syncs in under 60 seconds and shows in the dashboard with no visible lag.
• Avatar responds within 2 seconds of user action, voiced or text-based.
• Lifestyle plan adapts automatically when biometric trends change (e.g., rising glucose).
• All nutrition recommendations clearly mark halal/haram status.
