HIPAA-Compliant PioneerRx Data Entry Bot
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I need to replace manual prescription entry in PioneerRx with a locally-hosted, HIPAA-compliant AI bot. The bot must read scanned or e-faxed prescriptions, pull out every critical field—patient information, medication details, dosage and administration, insurance, plus roughly ten additional RX attributes we’ll specify—and then post the data directly into PioneerRx through its Enterprise API.
API credentials are ready; once you email PioneerRx with our NPI you can activate either Read-only or full Read/Write access, whichever you decide fits the design. After submission the PioneerRx system itself blocks any script that fails validation, so the bot’s job is to enter the data confidently and log the raw OCR text when certainty drops.
Essential experience: you’ve already integrated with PioneerRx in a U.S. pharmacy environment and understand its field codes, typical validation rules, and on-prem deployment constraints. Familiarity with local OCR/NLP stacks such as Tesseract, OpenCV, TensorFlow, or a comparable privacy-first toolchain is important; absolutely no cloud processing can occur.
Deliverables
• Installable Windows-based (or VM) application that runs entirely on our network
• Accurate extraction of the specified fields with an easy way to add more
• Seamless, tested integration with the PioneerRx Enterprise API in live mode
• Error/confidence logging that supports quick staff review when needed
• Deployment guide and source code for internal audit purposes
