Project Title: AI/Growth Expert to Build & Launch AI Agency – 12-Day Sprint (4-4-4 Split: Build + Outreach + Closing – Fixed pay+ 50% Commission)
Description:
We're launching an AI consulting agency selling practical automation with AI agents (scheduling, reminders, invoicing, admin tasks, customer support bots, etc.) to small businesses in any industry.
We need one elite AI + growth/sales automation expert for a strict 4-4-4 day split sprint with a goal of closing at least (minimum $10,000 revenue) 10 clients at $1,000+ each.
Days 1-4: Build & Launch

Full tech stack setup for client delivery (no-code/low-code agents, integrations).
2-3 ready-to-demo AI agent prototypes.
Lead gen system (scraping/enrichment + large lead lists).
Automated LinkedIn outreach system (multi-account, sequences, templates) – live and sending by end of day 4.
Basic assets (packages at $1K+, proposals, messaging).

Days 5-8: Run Live Outreach

Daily monitoring, optimization, and scaling of outreach.
Handle replies, book demos, qualify leads aggressively.

Days 9-12: Close Sales

Run demos, audits, sales calls.
Send proposals and close minimum 10 clients at $1K+ each.
Set up first projects and handover running agency.

Revenue Target: (10 clients at $1K+ each) Minimum $10,000 closed.
Compensation for sales phas : Pure 50% commission – you keep $5,000 if when hit $10K, more if we exceed it. Fixed pay $5 an hour for Build and outreach.
You need:

Proven fast AI system building + LinkedIn automation + B2B closing experience.
Expert with no-code tools
